Our Philosophy

At EarthFax, we have two basic rules:

Rule #1 - The client is always right.
Rule #2 - If the client is wrong, see Rule #1.

We consult with our clients, rather than forcing a solution on them that they do not want. We seek effective, economical, and innovative solutions to our clients’ needs and present those solutions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Our goal is to provide incomparable quality and superior client service, while exhibiting exceptional integrity. Although periodic client surveys have indicated that this goal is being achieved, we constantly strive to improve by responding to client needs, offering better solutions, and remaining current with the state of the art.

We have a simple management approach. Because our philosophy is centered on the client, our management approach is centered on the project. The project manager sees that the client’s needs are met and support personnel assist the project manager to that end. All other internal organizational structures are focused on this approach.
