July 10, 2006 - EarthFax Begins Design Work for an Emergency Water Supply at a Rural Utah Medical Center

EarthFax Engineering, Inc. ("EarthFax") has begun design work on an emergency water supply system for the Uintah Basin Medical Center located in northeastern Utah.  The system will be designed to provide a backup treated water supply that could be used by the Medical Center in the event of an emergency.  An additional option to the design includes supplying water for a landscape irrigation system, without treatment, under normal operating conditions.
 
EarthFax will assist the Medical Center staff by evaluating design options that are available within existing budgetary constraints, providing conceptual plans, generating draft design plans for review and approval by the Medical Center staff, submitting final design plans, providing oversight for the bidding and construction phases of the project, and serving as liaison for permitting issues.
